Get ready, downhill racers! For the first time ever, Coast Gravity Park is kicking off the BC Cup Downhill Race Series with a full weekend of racing. Mark your calendars: Saturday, April 26, and Sunday, April 27, 2025, are race day, with a practice day on Friday, April 25. It’s going to be an epic weekend of riding and fun.

Step 1: Get Registered - Spots are limited, so register now to guarantee your place in the race! Cycling BC just leveled up the game with new categories. Take a look so you know which category to select.

Step 2: Lock in Your CGP BC Cup Weekend Pass - Your pass covers all three action-packed days! Limited camping is available at the park for BC Cup weekend (no hookups), so be sure to book under "BC Cup" in advance to secure your spot. If you have a CGP season pass, your weekend pass is covered.
Step 3: Get your BC Cycling Membership or License - All racers must have a valid race license to compete – no exceptions! If you haven’t secured yours yet, purchase your Provincial or UCI race license by Tuesday, April 22, 2025. Bring your email receipt or membership card when you check in on race weekend.

Step 4: Plan Your Trip - Coast Gravity Park is in Sechelt on the Sunshine Coast, so book your ferries early!
Important Race Info
- There is no public riding at Coast Gravity Park during the BC Cup weekend.
- Saturday, April 26, and Sunday, April 27, are race days. You must attend both days to qualify for the BC Cup.
- You must be registered to race, have a CGP weekend pass (under BC Cycling) and a Cycling BC membership or license.
- If you plan on staying in the park, you must pre-book your campsite. To do so, use this same system. It's in the BC Cup category. Camping details are here.
- A parent or guardian must accompany anyone under 18.
- CGP pass refunds will only be given before 12:01 am on April 21, minus service fees. No exceptions. During registration, you can add optional insurance.
- This event is sanctioned by Cycling BC, which means all riders must have a Cycling BC membership or complete the required forms before rolling up to the start gate.
- All racers and event staff must follow the Cycling BC Code of Conduct
